3. Service Requests and Appointments

Service requests can be made via our website, phone, or in person. Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to meet all scheduled appointments, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays or rescheduling.

4. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is provided upfront before the commencement of any service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due upon completion of services rendered. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Elite Locksmith Services LLC.

6. Warranty and Liability

Elite Locksmith Services LLC offers a warranty on parts and labor for a specified period, as communicated during service. This warranty does not cover damages from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs. Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

Clients must provide accurate information and ensure premises are accessible for service. Any delays or extra costs caused by misinformation or access issues are the client’s responsibility.
